How pickup works
Send the flight number, we watch the flight, someone waits with your name, the car is two minutes away with the parking paid. Ten minutes from the arrivals hall to driving, most days.
At booking
You send four things
Dates, flight number, which car, and where you are staying. A written quote comes back with the daily rate, the delivery fee, the deposit for that car and any night surcharge. Usually inside the hour, always inside the working day.
Landing day
We follow the flight
The flight number, not your booking time, decides when the driver leaves Fuengirola. Ninety minutes late costs nothing and needs no phone call from you.
In arrivals
Your name on a board
Meet & Greet in the arrivals hall. We confirm the exact meeting point the day before, because Málaga rearranges the hall more often than you would think. If you cannot see us, one WhatsApp message fixes it.
Two minutes later
Contract, keys, coast
The car waits in short stay with the parking paid. Licence, contract, deposit, a walk round the bodywork with photos, then the tank check. Nothing is sold to you at this point, because there is nothing left to sell.
Returning is the same in reverse: refuel, meet in short stay, hand over the keys. The deposit goes back the way it came.
