Flight delayed? Nothing changes

We ask for your flight number so that the driver leaves when the aircraft actually lands. A two-hour delay costs nothing and needs no phone call. This is the whole reason the flight number sits in the booking.

Late landing

The board says 22:40 instead of 20:15. We see it, the driver leaves later, you meet at the new time. No waiting fee, no rebooking, no shortened rental.

Diverted to Seville or Almería

It happens in a Levante wind. Send one message. We either wait for the coach that brings you back to AGP, or we move the handover to the next morning, whichever suits you. The rental starts when you get the keys.

Missed flight, cancelled flight

Tell us as soon as you know. Dates move to your new flight if the car is free, and if it is not, we find the nearest equivalent in the fleet and adjust the price to match.

Landing after 22:00

Cheap flights into Málaga land late, and we do meet them. Arrivals between 22:00 and 06:00 may carry a surcharge. You get that figure in the quote, before you agree to anything.
